Where are you working & what do you do there?
I am a manager and CPA at Brady Martz and Associates, P.C. I work in both the tax and audit departments in a variety of different industries.
Tell us about your family:
My husband, Brock, and I have been married for three years. We have a "fur baby" Eechie. My parents live in Ray, ND and I have three siblings: Matt - student at Dickinson State University, Kendra - student of Sanford Nursing Program in Bismarck, ND, and Kelsey - junior at Ray High School.
Why are you a YP member and how are you involved within YP?
I joined YP to become involved in the community, with a focus on community service. I currently serve as the Secretary on the Leadership Team. I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know and work with all of the other members of the Leadership Team over the past two years.
Are you involved with any other clubs or groups in Minot?
I have taught Junior Achievement for several years and am going to be participating in the Community Leadership Institute this fall.
What is your favorite thing to do in Minot?
I love to exercise on the various walking paths and parks in town, play a game of golf, shop at Dakota Square, and take in an occasional night on the town.
What is your biggest dream/goal?
To have children and to live a life of happiness, with no regrets.
What are your favorite movies or what type of music do you listen to?
I honestly like a little bit of everything as far as both movies and music are concerned.
What's your favorite restaurant?
You can't beat the Little Blue Elephant in Downtown Minot. #destinationdowntown
The household chore I enjoy/despise doing the most is?
All of them! However, dusting is by far the chore I despise the most!
On a Friday night you'll find me...
In the summer, you will find me relaxing at Lake Metigoshe. In the winter, you may find me at home relaxing or having a bite to eat at a local eating establishment in Minot.
