The Cydcor Retail Field Sales Representative sells directly to consumers and trains store associates for our Fortune 500 clients, a national big box retailer and a national satellite television service provider.
The ideal candidate is able to build a quick rapport with customers and store associates, is self-motivated, ambitious, professional, driven to succeed, possesses strong communication and organizational skills, confidence, and the ability to influence the customer to buy. He or she is technically savvy, enjoys selling digital products and services, is passionate about technology, and enjoys sharing his or her passion with others.
Must have experience delivering world-class customer service and sales execution by creating an interactive, engaging, educational, and enjoyable customer experience. He or she must have a proven track record of success with exceeding performance expectations and standards, and have the ability to work well independently.
• Previous retail sales and marketing experience preferred.
• Must be available to work weekends and evenings.
• Bachelors degree or some college preferred; must be a high school graduate,.
• Must be tech savvy, comfortable with using and explaining consumer electronics products and services.
• Must be internet savvy with access to a computer, broadband preferred.
• Must have a cell phone, text messaging strongly preferred.
• Must have access to reliable transportation for transportation.
